She started watching the world around her more and was very interested in anything she saw. In fact now she is usually either smiling or having this serious concentrating look on her face.

Nursing got easier and she began to nurse not quite as long at each session. In fact, during the day I'm now dealing with a baby who is distractable and can't seem to concentrate on eating for more than 10 minutes. She's let us give her a bottle with no problems nursing from mommy after that, which is a big relief for me!
She also started sleeping more. It first started with a couple of half hour naps on the couch. I was able to carefully pull the boppy pillow away from myself and put another pillow in my place. Then one late afternoon she slept for three hours that way. I couldn't believe it and had to keep checking on her! After that things kept getting better and better with her letting me put her in the crib and she's down to only waking one or two times during the night.
She loves to stand and sit in the bumbo chair. She coos, screeches, blows bubbles, and acts like she's having a conversation with you. My sweet little Evelyn has quite the personality at this point and reminds me so much of her sister, but has her own little quirks. I can already tell she will not be hanging out in the background but will be under her sister's toes as soon as she can possibly move on her own.
