This is Evelyn's lamby. Amelia likes to give Evelyn lamby because she recognizes that it is special like pup pup. While she isn't attached to it as much as Amelia is to pup pup, Evelyn still loves lamby quite a bit. It probably helps that lamby slept with mommy for about three weeks and now smells like mommy.
Lately at night I have to go into Amelia's room and remind her that it's time for bed and to close her eyes. Here she is demonstrating closing her eyes.
Pup pup has started nursing. Usually Amelia will lay out her blanket on her lap, pull up her shirt and pup pup nurses from her tummy. Sometimes she'll rock him back and forth while he nurses. She's also walked around while still nursing him. I don't think I'll ever not be amazed when she copies my behavior so closely.
Her Amelia is still practicing being a good mommy and tucked baby sister in with pup pup. She told me Evelyn was cold.
